Browser Incompatibility

Our site(s) do not support any versions of Internet Explorer. If you are using Internet Explorer and trying to sign up for our service, you are very likely to get an error when attempting to sign up. Please continue with a different browser.

Common Credit Card Errors

Although we make every attempt to show the appropriate credit card errors, some browser settings can hinder the display of them. Here are some things to check if you are having difficulty signing up with associated error. If you do not see the error on the screen while trying to sign up, please still check your inputs.

Credit Card Verification Error: Credit card number is invalid - Please check your credit card number.

CCredit Card Verification Error: Card Issuer Declined CVV - Please check your 3 digit ccv/cvv code on the back of your card. (American Express users please see front of card for 4 digit code)

CCredit Card Verification Error: Approved - Please check your street address and zip code, this error indicates one of the two does not match your bank records.

Gift Cards

There are certain card types that typically do not allow the purchase of a subscription service, this is common with gift cards. You may have a gift card that displays the Visa or Mastercard logo, regardless of this, if it is a gift card, it may not allow the purchase of subscription based services.
